Prepaid on Travelocity and yet I had to provide a credit card for a security deposit that won’t be refunded for 5 to 8 business days, and the property is not in good repair. It’s ridiculous shame on them.

Beware! Exterior doors disabled for entry - unsafe area! Furniture dilapidated. Breakfast barely edible. Dilapidated condition. Not at all a good value. Shady.

Your feedback is important to us; however, this was not reported to the front desk to check the concerns highlighted. Kindly note that all our side doors are only for exits and we have a sign on the doors that states that. Also note that we check the condition of every furniture regularly and only release room to guests if only the furniture is usable and in excellent condition. We do not keep any dilapidated furniture in any rooms. Additionally, our breakfast is according to brand standards, and which was revised recently including more items. Here at Wingate by Wyndham, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. We appreciate the time you took to share your feedback, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

My room had trash in it from prior guest staff was unhelpful. I paid for for breakfast and there wasnt any.

I liked the breakfast in the morning. Didn’t like that there is a possibility of not getting a van from airport if not scheduled 24 hours in advance 😳I did last minute reservations through Travelocity and there was no mention of 24 hours in advance airport shuttle. I wouldn’t have pick the hotel. Just disconcerting after traveling all day. The staff was get though in accommodating us . Staff was excellent. Sofa bed for kids was like sleeping on springs and sofa bed was coming apart at the seams 😳. Pool was nice but the hot tub had oily residue all on the sides that wiped off.
