Whatever deal you are offered, be sure to add a 50$ fee for incidentals, what we used i am not sure, no phone calls, no extra towels (3 towelsfor 2 adults and 2 teanagers attendingthe anima convention for 2 nights), no minibar, no asking for them to clean the room, not even the 7$ bottles of water in the room.. Add 48$ for a valet as they do not offer any sort of parking and the closest garage though only on the opposite corner will cost you 15$ just to leave it overnight but 3hrs=12$.. In light of this, our 2 day stay for the hotel alone was just shy of 300$. Add in parking+40$ to park our own car for 2 nights... The room was dirty, hot tub was non functional till the last morning when we saw a couple being intimate in it as well as the night previous others witnessed at least 1 child actually dropping drawers to urinate in it as his parents laughed..

It used to be a nice hotel. Our room was nice and comfortable. There were no carts. There were no bellmen. It’s $38 to park there which seems excessive. There were no amenities…coffee etc. They have a right to charge for lobby coffee. I have a right to not come back. Just letting them know. The check in people were very nice. Mimi was prompt and enjoyable. I average 50 nights a year in hotels. This would be my last choice in OKC.

The inside atrium and the bar were very nice. The food was good. The beds were very comfortable so were the pillows towels nice and fluffy. It was very quiet. We couldn’t hear the neighbors or the elevator even though we were right across from it But the room colors, carpet and decorations were a little outdated. We had literally no view. It was pretty much a brick wall. But aside from that for one night it was a nice place

Never again.
Came for a cheer comp. Room smelt like a nursing home and smoke. Carpet had stains all over it and no outlets were convenient Oman’s some not working. Only two towels were in the room and when we requested more it took over an hour to get them. The night crew were in terrible moods! I never write reviews but this was a nightmare.

It was a great rate and perfect location. Be aware there is no parking at the hotel. You must street park or valet for an extra $37 each night. Valet staff was excellent.

Clealnliness was okay, and facility was quiet for a Friday night. It's the customer service that was lacking. If you valet park be ready to roll out with bags as soon as you pull up before you put the car in park. Also IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, the valet will only speak to the man in your party whether it is your vehicle or not and they send your car info to his phone. Front desk also not friendly when checking in. Shower head was broke in room also and rust in shower floor.
