The staff at this facility were super friendly and ready and willing to do whatever needed to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms needed a bit of updating as far as shower doors, toilet handles and maybe some electrical work. It was VERY clean and cozy.

We had issues at check in, were moved twice, but the hotel upgraded us and issued a refund. The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast is always delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't care for the noise late at night by other guests, the hot tub being taken away, the pool was filthy, there weren't many clean pool towels if there were any at all, and the beds were lumpy. We have stayed at this hotel ever year for 9 years, except for COVID year. The hotel has drastically gone downhill.
