Lovely hotel, great location as far as proximity to restaurants and other points of interest. Immediate vicinity is less than ideal: office buildings, parking garages, and homeless people. Front desk personnel were courteous, but our room wasn’t ready at 5:00 p.m. when we arrived, so had to check in at the end of the evening.

In my room at 10:30pm asleep, and the ice machine is so loud on a scale of 1 to 10 it’s a 6 in my room! - Check in staff was nice, but did not understand the processes. Staff is friendly. But the culture here and building need stronger management. - I won’t be back. - I complained about the noise, given a new room, which is fine, but I had to repack all my stuff, then unpack it again, didn’t get to bed until midnight. Lost two hours of sleep. - The goal at a hotel is to sleep, not change rooms due to known issues. - This is not a 4 star hotel experience.

The hotel was clean & it had a cool vibe with the art deco decor. Parking may not be free, but there's a parking spot right across the street, or you can use the valet service. Lots of Old Market attractions within walking distance.
