This stylish house is in great condition and offers beautiful hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a large kitchen w/nice wood cabinetry & washer/dryer, separate dining room to seat 8, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 42"+ flat screen TV's in all bed rooms (to be installed on the wall before move in), and two full baths. The house is equipped with the Highest Speed Internet offered 400mbps and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives RIGHT FIELD an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

RIGHT FIELD is centrally located between both baseball camps.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.
