The location is great! It's right in the middle of which ever direction you need to go...Payette, downtown Ontario or Boise or any other surrounding towns. Walmart, gas, restaurants nearby. I stay here every time I come to visit family and friends.

The property could use some slight repairs, however the front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. Easy access to the property from the interstate and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The convenience of the location. The staff is great. If you do have a problem, they are quick to fix it. I have a bad back and needed a room by an entrance door. The back door is broken but Frank brought me the cart, I loaded my things and he waited, holding the door open for me. So appreciated that! And the waffles are my favorite!!! :)

The first front desk staff that I talked to was rude. I tried checking in early but she told me it wasn't even check out time yet and I had to come back. I explained that we were on our way to Washington State that is why I was trying to check in early because I was coming back past midnight. She gave attitude and ssid NO. i didn't get her name but it was an orange lady.

Super nice and understanding desk clerk

We booked a room for two days while we visited our son and his family in Vale, Or. The quality Inn lived up to its name. Its rooms are much better quality than the nearby motel where we stayed on our last visit. Great location, right off the freeway and next to Denny's and another nice diner. The morning of our second day I received a call that my brother had died. We quickly packed and was just going out the side door to our car when the desk clerk caught up to me and told me that she had refunded our second days bill. Now that is real class! Hard to find these days. Thank you, we will be back.
