"Hot tub was cold and didn't have hot water in my shower and it had low water pressure. Had to give me another room just to shower in since they couldn't change our room that night. I was told the next day that maintenance looked at it and it was fine. We got a new room due to the problems with our first one which was good. But what made me leave that night was the way the guy at the desk treated us after we told him that the hot tub was not fixed it was even colder felt like ice water. So we went back and it was ice cold. He stated I can't do anything about the hot tub and when I said something about it was supposed to be fixed he abruptly said well I guess I will shut down the pool. My son said he had an attitude and he came out the side door toward us at the elevator and raised his voice and said his attitude was perfectly fine. That he didn't appreciate my son saying things to other guest (that the hot tub was cold and that we had no hot water in our shower with low water pressure). I told him I never said to shut down the pool that he should tell the manager that the maintence obviously didn't really check out the hot tub. People like that shouldn't be in a customer service job! "
