I booked 4 rooms on a site however only 2 rooms reflected. Confused, the very courteous front desk young lady (I didn’t get her name but was great!) offered to look into it. While unpacking, the young lady came outside to inform me she was leaving for the evening however her colleague Dwayne was aware of the situation and would assist me with anything I needed. Must I say, Dwayne did not disappoint! Dwayne honestly turned this entire nightmare around - saving my entire evening. He checked my family into 2 of the 4 rooms. He was patient and kind as I waited on hold for 90 mins with the site. After no resolution, I cancelled and booked with Hotel.com. Oddly enough it happened AGAIN. I booked 3 rooms and only 1 came through. At this point my additional family had all arrived and wanted to relax. Extremely frustrated, Dwayne calmly assured us he had the rooms for us and continued assisting me with figuring out where hotel.com lost my reservations. Of course my hotel.com reservations were non-refundable so I was forced to remained on hold for 6 hours. Furious, I was still pleasantly pleased to see Dwayne make my entire family feel welcome with his professional, calm demeanor and positive attitude. Being the Superstar he is, after 7 1/2 hours, Dwayne resolved the issue and checked us into all our rooms. Being a Regional Manager for several Luxury Communities; I will now use my experience with Dwayne to train all my employees. Dwayne if you ever want a job look me up! You Rock!
