The property is right on the bay and a very nice location south of busy Lincoln city but close enough to everything. I was informed they are going to address the parking issue.

Our room was very dusty, so it did not feel very clean, co-webs on the smoke detector, remote control looked dirty. We reserved a room for 3 adults, which was supposed to have 1 queen bed and sleeper sofa. Our room had 1 queen bed and a love seat. So our adult daughter slept without blankets on a short love seat with her feet hanging over the edge. Dog fight occurred right outside our door with a obscenity fueled rant and door slamming. The breakfast items ran out after the 1st hour. Super outdated and did not feel clean. The staff was friendly, but will never return.

This place is always wonderful. They ARE shorthanded and having to do extra work. Bring your patience and relax. They are food people who honestly want to do the best for their customers.

I liked the location and view staff was wonderful place was clean bed was to firm for me and there was little bit mold above the shower wasn't worth the price

I enjoyed that the property was right on the beach but check in took over 30 mins, our room was not ready at 4pm, the room was dirty and the furniture used and worn looking. Will not return.

Friendly helpful staff, so no issues there. Unfortunately, the bed was crazy hard and uncomfortable and the outdoor lights were so bright it was distracting and ruined the ocean sunset.
