Rooms were clean. Could use some basic updating. Curtains were shredded on the back side. The lampshade was torn up as well. The hotel is in a great location close to the beach. However there is an impromptu RV lot set up in front of it. Several RV's were parked on the street right in front of the balcony, that appeared to have been there for a while. One was right outside of the room and ran a generator all day and night.

Nice place. We stayed in a pet room. They might consider changing out the carpet to laminate. Carpet stained but not smelly at all. Nice hotel on the beach. Pool and hot tub. Breakfast bag in the AM.
