They kept the same sheet on the bed for four days, hair in the shower, floor need to be mopped overall it was not a good stay… thank God I travelled between staying with family while there.

I stayed there for 11 nights. All I wanted was a peaceful and clean room to sleep since we spend all day at the parks. I was promised two full cleaning service on my stay and they never happen. I called front desk and made them aware and asked to at least have the floors clean on the next cleaning day and they didn’t. After midnight you could still hear people ion the other room fighting, laud music and often smoking. One day we had to get out of the room because the smell coming in from the room next to use was so strong. I have to say that the description of this hotel is inaccurate. I wished I was able to cancel and move to a different hotel.

Loved the pool area. The room needs updating. Couldn’t use coffee maker bc it was unplugged and no outlet to plug it in. I asked for someone to plug it in and didn’t happen. Toilet was clogged. Walls are super thin so you can hear everything. Beds were comfortable. Room wasn’t huge but big enough. Tv was broken in one place with a big black line through it but still useable. My floor didn’t have a vending machine or ice maker so I had to go down to another floor to get things. Breakfast sucked. The market had great food but expensive. Probably would not stay again.

We've stayed here many times, will come back too. Bar staff is awesome. not enough people at check in desk, it took way too long. good help is hard to find.

We traveled to Orlando to go to universal for the weekend but on the last day I left the hotel feeling sick and a sore throat because there looked to be mold, not cleaned at all, and no vents around the room for constant fresh air flow. No vent in shower. The water in the shower would only be severly hot and scolding. Almost couldn’t take a shower. We lay in the bed and the fitted sheets appears to be for a queen size bed. Maids seem to be very lazy. Horribly thin walls and actually had someone in the next room trying to open the “connecting” door to our room around 2-3am. Everything about this place is horrible and I wish I could get my money back because I would’ve never booked if I knew.

Check in took extra 30 minutes. The hotel must improve or add extra staff. Front desk staff was friendly and bent on answering lots of questions and options with all guests. Perhaps they need to be trained to move the guest along or add twice the number of staff...The hotel has basic clean rooms abt 3 stars. Good food and starbks inside. Nice Tv and sound system coffe mc, iron, refregator, microwave, free parking and pool. Good area to stay. But noisy area..
