Elevator broke when we got there. We had a wheelchair in our group and the staff switched our room to the 1st floor, which was greatly appreciated. Very loud at night with the upstairs people up till 2am. The stairwell connects to the master bedroom and you can hear (feel) everyone going up and down. We saw this in a review and I can confirm it is loud. Otherwise it was a pleasant getaway.

Amenities were all down . Place was just recently sold and you can definitely tell . Stayed in the past a few times and never had an issue until this last visit. Very disappointed and will more than likely looking for a new place to stay when we visit Orlando

The entire experience with Travelocity was easy and they took care of everything. All I had to do was my online check in for my flights and that was it. It was perfect

Be prepared to be pressured into a Timeshare meeting when you arrive. I was not aware this was a Timeshare when I booked it. My husband checked in for us, tried to decline the Timeshare meeting, and the lady walked right out to the car with him to try to ask me to do it. When I mentioned that I did not know which days we were free because we were meeting up with my sister, she tried to get my sister's information out of me. My husband and daughter also ran into the same Timeshare lady in the hot tub during our vacation, in which she proceeded to take off her swimsuit and change into her clothes right in front of my husband and daughter when there was literally a bathroom 3 feet away. Besides the Timeshare stuff, the room was nice and big. Was not expecting a whirlpool in our room so that was a nice surprise. Has everything you need right in your room including pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. and it was nice to have laundry right in your room as well. However, the room was NOT clean. The very first night I learned not to walk around the room without shoes on because we were literally there for a few hours and all of our feet were completely black on the bottoms. We also only had hot water in the shower for half of our week long stay. It was hit or miss, but mostly cold showers. Pool area is nice and the bartenders in the Tiki Bar are phenomenal.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit. This past weekend, we checked in. I wasn’t offered the discount for nurses. The slides weren’t opened. We were on the bottom floor, and the people on the floor above us, was up all night, stomping and banging. It kept up us all night. Made a complaint to the front desk. Saturday night, at 12 midnight, they started the banging again. Fire alarm went off at 1am. We had to be evaluated. Got back into the room at 2am. People above us was even louder. Called front desk numerous times. Finally got ahold of them at 3am. They sent someone at 330 to tell them to be quiet. Check out was 10am. So, there wasn’t much sleep. I have one son that has epilepsy and another that has autism so they needed their rest. When I checked out, I made a complaint and asked for the manager to call me. It is now 7:55pm on Monday and I have yet spoke to a manager. I contacted them through here and they ignored my messages. They have no respect for their visitors. I have been working long hours to the covid and was finally able to treat my family to a weekend away. And it was terrible for them.

As explained in the messages we responded, the discount you already had applied to your room was higher than a nurse discount and only one discount can be applied at a time. We will work diligently on response time to have all other guests be mindful on property. We will be addressing these issues with staff and managers.
