This hotel is disgusting!!! The elevator is broken, they put us on the 3rd floor when my friend is 5 months pregnant! The bathtub leaked, there was mold all over the tub! The area is sketchy! People doing drugs in the parking lot, they charge a fee for parking which is ridiculous when the area isn’t even lit up! All around nasty hotel!!

We apologize for the elevator issue which was not within our control, and we are awaiting on parts from our service provider Otis Elevator. Although we have all lights serviced quarterly and functioning the trees need to be trimmed. We wish you would have contacted the desk regarding suspicious activity in the parking lot, although The Sheriff's department does do drive by at night and in the last eight years, we have only had one incident.

The day we arrived they don't have my room they give me different the oi choice the they of my reservations they tell me they will have ready the next day they didn't the carpets and bathroom they lock disgusting special and this day's we living because the covid.

Nice room and breakfast. Really nice pool and hot tub. Shuttle service was great. We loved our stay there and would have liked to spend more time there. I highly recommend it.

Love the location and easy access to stores, dining and fun activities. Although breakfast was great, the long line and limited seating was rough on the little ones. Luckily, one of the staff ladies was so gracious and helped us in our needs. This made a great impression on the hotel and family. Wish I had gotten her name. Customer service will always be number one for me!

The hotel is okay, nothing special. I have a higher expectation of a Clarion property which this property did not live up to. The staff was friendly and we had no issues with check in or check out. I just feel a Clarion property should not have rooms that exit directly to the outside vs an interior hallway. Perhaps I missed it somehow in the images shown but my perception was the rooms opened to an interior hallway
