The check-in person the night we arrived was nice. All the other staff went out of their way to not make eye contact (and one even cut me off in breakfast area twice in a rush to get their food). The bedroom in our room was nice, but bathroom had black mold blatantly growing on the wall. Not a little bit of mold, but the whole upper half of one wall had mold spots all over it. And the fire map on the back of our door was from before the hotel was expanded. Yes, the nearest fire stairs are still on the map, but really? You make the building 2x as long, but don't update the fire maps?

Several instances of rude employees. One man would hang out at a side entrance and smoke and refused to move to let customers come or go. Card access to room turned off one hour before checkout time. They don't seem to understand that the customer should come first.

Misleading advertising
The first issues i had was that the hotel advertised pay at hotel option and they tried charging my card 1 day before my stay i called the verify with the manager on duty which was rude as hell told me that he canceled my reservation because he tried to charge for my stay and my card declined. I proceeded to tell him that my card is locked and im not supposed to charged anyways until I arrived but he could care less and proceeded to say I would have to rebook my room because he couldn't undo tge canceled booking. I ended up booked any reservations even though he was very unprofessional and had no clue what customer service is all about. On the day of check in the front desk representative was nice and professional room was clean and well maintained the morning of check out house keeping knocking at 9:30am asking what time im leaving the room so that they can get to clean the room even though check out time on the hotels website is 12pm .
