Vacation
The first week, we called or emailed every day about the pool heater not being on. No one did anything until pool person came to clean pool and said it was not on and locked. I called about this on a Thursday and they came to turn it on. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Getting to Disney was so easy from this house. I will be staying here again.

Very clean inside. Black mold outside. Run down furnishings. Lanei screens are ripped. Dead palm fronds hanging. The place needs some love.

A nice birthday getaway!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house in Cypress lake. Everything was clean when we arrived and the house had more than enough space for my group of 7. The only suggestion I have would be to have spare toilet paper as there was only half a roll in each bathroom and no extras. Also, the neighbors like to party late, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good neighborhood. The pool was very private and clean. It is close to many stores and restaurants. I'd say it's about 20 minutes from all the parks and attractions. Overall, a nice getaway!

Good property, clean. Stayed in August and thankful for the air conditioning. Their Information Guide Book states garbage day is Monday AM (it is not) and separate sheet was not provided: The "separate sheet titled "Departure Check List" ". The house next door is set-up for parties with cement-paved yard and table set-up IN the front yard.

Nice place. Pool was good. My family enjoyed it. Only thing kitchen faucet was leaking . And main bathroom the shower faucet also needs to be fixed. Otherwise great place would rent again.

Meh.
The home was clean. Beds were worn, slid all over the floor when you moved. The pool was dirty, the screen torn so critters and bugs got in the water. There was two rolls of TP in the entire house and we were there for 5 days. The precious people didn't toss the trash anf the outside bin was full and the lady said she would send someone but never did. The house next door partied EVERY NIGHT UNTIL 11 PM.
