I was there 4 days and 3 nights and the room never got cleaned. The first night my room had no AC and they did not give me another room till the next morning l. The hallways and elevators also did not have AC. Besides the location, there is nothing I liked about this hotel

The staff here was very friendly and kind, but they were dealing with several issues. The hot water was out on property and they were offering to refund resort fee or complimentary breakfast. The rooms were nice and accommodated us for what we needed

Do not stay at this hotel. If you are expecting a crown plaza it is more like a motel 6. The rooms are dated and things broken. Do not waste your money at this hotel
