We had a clean room and additional services were available for a nominal fee. Note to tenants: if you want to use the kitchen, be sure to bring paper plates, cups, and a skillet - as those items cost extra.

I like the stove top, fridge, kitchen sink & iron board & iron. I didnt like there was dirty underware left under the bed from the guest before! Yes!

Worst administration ever

Pros: close to the park theme
Cons: Read the review and you will notice
We booked two rooms with double beds, arrived at 12am and only had one room with a king bed, the receptionist only limited to give us the number of Travelocity, two hours later they gave me a room and the room was already occupied with another guess inside , After multiple calls miraculously appeared the other room, but it was already 2am. I will never use Extended Stay America never ever again anywhere. We were three adults and four children and we went to bed at 2:30 am, the next day the manager called me at 7am to apologize ... from bad to worse ..

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons: Too much to list
Location: Universal
If you can afford more to stay near Universal, do so. Not clean, staff not polite, no maid service, breakfast is almost non-existant.

Bottom of list

Room provided kitchenette, without any complementary kitchen utensils, not even plastic glasses. In bathroom, towels provided but absent of any complementary shampoo or other conveniences. Also,no daily maid service. I will not return.
