On the first night the heater did not work we let it be I winded up booking a different room and sleeping there for the night. The next night in the same room I woke up with bites all over my body. We complained they didn’t do much but switch us to a different room. The next day I woke up with more bites. We waited multiple hours to speak to the manager and said there may be a problem with getting refunded. No one was help and I’m still itching my skin so much.

The hotel is nice and the room for the most part is great, clean and nicely decorated The only thing that could have been better is the bathroom had cracks in plaster on ceiling and there is no shelf in shower to hold toiletries. Just a small space.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was very unwelcoming, during the check in process the two females at the counter never said hello, how are you, how was you day. Did you know in 2019, that you can’t print from one computer unless the second computer is turned on. The staff only had one computer on, however it wasn’t the computer “connected” to the printer. It took about five extra minutes for the two staff members to figure out that the other computer had to be on in order for the printer to work. The hotel has recently had a facelift, however you can see where they cut corners to save money. The shower curtain rod was so broken that our shower curtain puddled on the floor. No water pressure. And not a hotel issue, but I guess every family staying in this hotel has zero manners. All morning parades of families would walk down the hall and their children not them didn’t take into consideration that others still might be sleeping.
