Staff was great and friendly the tiki bar drinks was good and the food was delish. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft. We had children with us also... great stay

I have been a loyal Hilton customer for many years now and this specific property was terribly disappointing. They were doing construction/maintenance on the property but didn't clearly label freshly painted areas causing a few people, including myself, to get paint on themselves. I go to make coffee in my room and find that the package of condiments had been opened and the sugar had been replaced with sweetener, why would you put a previously opened package in my room, it was genuinely disgusting as I could only imagine the other corners that they cut for cost savings. Additionally, I went to the front desk to ask for more towels since they had run out at the pool. The front desk agent gave me a strange look, I told her I was staying in rm *** and then she proceeded to tell me that she can give them but I have to make sure to return them as if I was going to steal the towels. The accusation was too much, why would you even make a comment like that? Overall the stay was very disappointing and not Hilton-like at all.
