Decent Hotel at Best
Decent hotel, but not great. Big bonus is it's the closest hotel to Disney Springs, and is a Disney property, so the Disney buses go to this hotel. Can't beat the price, but it's an older feeling hotel, even though we were told the hotel went through huge renovations in recent years. The room had a damp feel to it, and the air conditioning didn't produce, which we alerted the front desk about every day during our 4 day stay. We could never get the room below 74 degrees, which was brutal for sleeping. They had ceiling fans installed in the room, which should have been red flag number one that they know they have climate control problems. hen you go to Disney, you don't spend much time in the hotel, so it's really only for a good night of sleep. At 74 degrees, tough to make that happen. The hotel maintenance staff never asked to get in the room, never made an attempt to fit it, and the hotel front desk staff didn't seem too concerned about it. I'd give it about 2.5 stars, only for the location, and access to the Disney buses at a much reduced rate from staying in the park system itself. However, couldn't see myself staying here again.

The pool is great for families. Rooms need more maintenance though. Sliding glass doors do not close properly and other minor repairs in the room need to be done.
