I like the free shuttle to Universal Studios. I didn’t like when I checked in that my daughter and I had to carry all of our suitcases and bags from the back parking lot to the front door in ourselves because they only had 1 luggage cart. When I asked if more were available, the answer I received was that people must be leaving them in the hallway after they use them. A good customer service response would have been “we will go find one for you’. There also shouldn’t be a resort fee. I expect to pay a resort fee, when I am staying at a resort, not a Holiday Inn. They are abusing the fact that they are close to Universal Studios but they are not a resort!

Clean and comfortable
The hotel was clean and housekeeping kept us well stocked with towels and other things. The building was outdated especially the bathrooms. Overall we had a good stay. The only complaints we had were the plumbing wasn’t great and the hallways always smelled like weed.

Very old and musty smelling building. The room smelt so moldy and the ac was cool but coming out very humid. We asked to switch room and they would not let us. The staff are extremely rude and not personable at all. Would not reccomend
