The only problem I had is with the heat and the view . Never warmed up in the room . I put the t-stat to 85 and still the room was cold. Opens up the drapes and saw the top of the roof and smoke or exhaust stacks ( room 240)

Very nice property but we were told there was a free breakfast found out there was not and that is one of the reasons I got that hotel next time I will go somewhere else where they do have a free breakfast

Certainly a very busy hotel, staff is efficient and courteous to everyone. Great overall experience with check in, room cleanliness, and service at the bar. Even with the pool skylight leak, our family had a great time.
