Great renovations
Have stayed at this resort many times, but since Hilton took over this resort the room renovations they have done are amazing. Staff was fantastic. Night and day from the previous owners. We will be back.

The staff on the messaging system were average. They speak little English so they don’t understand the requests. If they really don’t understand they send you this message: “ Allow us the opportunity to assist you further by gathering additional information on our end. Thank you for your patience. We appreciate you! -Asiyah” Water smelled like sulfur, no cleaning service, inside and out very damp, internet always switched off.
