This a nice hotel located 3.6 miles from Silver Spur Area. Lots of restaurants close by. They have heated out pool and work out room. They also provide free coffee. The staff is friendly and very professional.

I like the location, however the room didn’t have the blockout curtain and went I called the front office the last keep insisting that was there, even the maintenance guy came and say to me I don’t know why they gave you this room if it doesn’t have the blockout curtain, also the AC was not working properly I put it all the way down to 60 and still not cold in the room so anyway horrible

The toilet in our room would not flush solid waste. They also charged a $150.00 security until we checked out.

I love that the staff was so helpful and assisted in anyway that they could. They got me out of there in time to clock in to work on time. I will definitely be staying there again! BOTH rooms were perfect and clean

You can tell they are trying to rehab this place. The front desk staff was really nice. We rented two rooms as a place to sleep and shower for two nights. We weren’t there much. Staff members told us they had worked there less than two weeks. That being said, issues we encountered: 1) One of our rooms wasn’t ready at 6 pm. 2) We had to have them move us buildings due to finding roaches (they did “upgrade” our room) 3) housekeeping barely made an effort in either room. Didn’t take our garbage, found glitter and flies on the towels and in bedding, coffee makers wasn’t restocked, bed was barely remade, and strange tiny bugs in the bathroom. 4) requested more pillows, which never showed up. 5) at least 10 years of debris under AC unit (yes we were search for bugs by this point) in a renovated room. 6) it took 10+ mins for hot water to start in the morning. 7) the noise level of intersection and other guests was enough to wake us in the night. The TV is in a super weird location. I really wanted to like this place. A hot shower and a comfy bed. Clean and comfortable. For the price, I didn’t have super high expectations. This property failed to meet even these most basic standards. Staff appeared to congregate together, based on my brief observations. It’s clear that there is just an overall lack of care when it comes to cleanliness.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Noise level very high. Place under construction. But road noise loud. Heat didn’t work. Room was very clean. Thanks.
