Lots of nice extras!
Check in was clear and quick and this apt was clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. Away from the worst of Orlando traffic and yet lots of restaurants and great shopping nearby and easy access to all the Orlando attractions. The sweet balcony overlooking the lake was a must everyday for morning coffee and sunset wine. That pool really is beautiful and it is Big and only busy on the weekend. I enjoyed this modern rental with large rooms, high ceilings, great water pressure in the shower, so many TV channels and nice touches like silky sheets and delicious coffee. And even nightly trash pickup right outside my door! Kimone always responded to my questions right away. I maybe missed hand towels and a secondary lock but overall had a wonderful week and would surely stay here again! Favorites: SeaWorld and Disney Springs (Gideon’s is worth the line!)

Nice Place, real close to all the parks and shopping. Few bugs but not a big deal, it's FL so that was a given. All the appliances are updated. Had a great time, would definitely stay here again.

Pro’s: Convenient location. Nice residential area. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Con’s: Black build up was present on the HVAC vents…not sure if it was mold. Queen sized mattress was excessively firm. Sitting on the new couch was very uncomfortable….similar to the mattress. The kitchen could have been better equipped.

The condo was nice and comfortable though the couch that replaced the sleeper sofa is hard as a rock. The location is great and offers a lot of restaurants and shopping. The pool area is lovely and offers everything for a wonderful getaway. We enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay!
The only thing keeping us from giving 5 stars was a glitch at check-in. The access fob was not available upon arrival, and took a text and phone call to find a building manager to gain access. He seemed surprised that we were checking in that day. Then before we entered the building, the owner called me and said the apartment needed to be cleaned from the previous guests. Obviously a breakdown in communications somewhere along the line. But the cleaners responded promptly and the apartment was available within an hour or so. The owner graciously offered an adjustment to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced. It was a rocky start, but, hey, mistakes happen. The apartment was lovely, and everything from that point went smoothly. We plan to return in the not-so-distant future, and hope to again reserve this unit. Thanks, Kimone!

Descent stay for the price
I understand the need for a 10-star review of our stay, yet I feel the need to be honest. Pro's: Nice walking path around the lake. Nice/clean pool with comfortable lounge chairs. Club house has nice workout room and yoga room, along with pool table/game room and lounge. Kitchen in apartment is nice if you plan to cook. Great shower in bathroom. Communication with Kimone was with prompt replies. Con's: Although there was a deadbolt on the door, it had no metal striker plate making it easy for break-ins. Listing stated King bed, but was a queen. Leather sofa in listing was replaced with a small rock-hard sofa that neither my husband or I could sit on. Lighting in bathroom is very dim and coated with dust. No hand towels in kitchen or bathroom; washcloths were tattered and thin. Floors had not been cleaned and no laundry pods or dryer sheets supplied as mentioned in listing (I did contact Kimone and she immediately supplied us with laundry pods. She also said she would be changing the listing re: sofa and bed size). Although we never heard other tenants voices/music through the walls, we were bothered nightly by the tenants above us stomping around--this lasted most nights until 1:30 am.

Perfect Place to Call Home for a Week
This was our first visit to the Orlando area (my wife and I). The check-in process and communication with the property manager were both speedy and efficient. We arrived very late at night and it wasn't a problem at all getting into the apartment. It was clean and well kept, with all the amenities we would need and want to call it home for a week. We relaxed most evenings and spent the days out (close drive for Disney World, under 30 minutes, but beware the toll roads around the area!). Comfortable bed, nice TV, good shower. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!
