We first stayed here in 2007 and were pleasantly surprised that it had retained most of its charm, despite a change of ownership. Perhaps the biggest complaint is that the fees payable at the resort were grossly understated when booking, In addition to the $35 quoted was a further $20 per day "Access Pass" plus various taxes per person, resulting in an actual daily additional fee of $62.43 - this translated to an additional £348 of costs for the week. Not an issue in that it was still good value but annoying to be hit with this unexpected additional cost to dampen down the joy of arrival! Just be honest with the fees please!
