I don’t normally complain but pretty bad. Upon entering and reading prior reviews I went in nervous. 10 minutes in my daughter saw a tiny bug in the bathroom then another 1 in the bedroom. The nail in the coffin was a roach coming out of the freezer-and several more behind the fridge. Went to front desk and they switched rooms to a “nicer one” that 1 also had roaches and was more modern. Pool didn’t work and very limited water pressure in shower. The next morning we checked out and spend more money than expected on this vacation!!

This property is clearly under renovations and I assume will eventually be updated and nicer. None of the pics are of the current condition of the property. In fact, its not even the same color any longer. Seems as tho they are making changes, but trying to salvage "pieces" of the previous look (a former Quality Inn & Suites). Thats a big NOOOOO. Its clear what is old. The first order of business should be to make you guests comfortable when they sleep. The sheets are cheap and hard. The "blankets" look and FEEL like they are KMart rejects from 1982. Hard and scratchy. They even stuck to themselves when we tried to unfold them. THESE should be the first things improved...then the tiles floors, carpet, etc.

A/c unit stopped working was moved to another room but smelt like old mold right by exit door that didn't lock. Staff was great though, breakfast was good. Just an older building that needs real updating not just paint.
