The suite was very dirty and dusty! The furniture and the carpet were filthy! The refrigerator had so much dust you could write your name in it. There were no washcloths. No one answered the front desk and I had to go downstair and request them myself. When you go out at night and return late you don't have a parking space available. I know this was a busy weekend with the Florida Classic but you shouldn't sell more rooms than you have parking for.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable although the bed could use a good memory foam topper. The bathroom was clean and serviceable but we had to call for assistance to get the shower working. Elevators were easily accessible and operational. The only thing we didn't like was the parking situation. We had to walk quite a distance from the lot and there wasn't any visible security. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use any other amenities such as the pool or gym.

Property was very clean and we'll kept. Rooms were large for my family beds were comfortable it was like being at home. When we return to Florida we would stay here again. We had no issues at all.

It was ok when we checked in our room wasn’t ready we had to wait an hour they gave us a late check out for our inconvenience the room itself was bad the couch needs to be replaced as well as the chairs the kitchen and dishes they offer were dirty I was very disappointed definitely would not recommend or stay there again they need to renovate the entire hotel

I am not one to usually review hotels…but this was a very negative experience….our vacation was amazing OTHER THAN THE STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Firstly it took almost 45 minutes to check in because they had to “shift” around the room reservations. They offered an “upgrade “ to a one bedroom which was not an upgrade…my reservation was for two king beds…my kids were NOT going to sleep on a sofa pullout for 7 days. Second…the property in general is not well maintained…VERY dirty carpets and hallways, the doors and trim are white and we saw tons of gross smudges all over the hotel and our room. The carpet was stained and the dishes in the room were dirty. We were given three sets of towels, and had to ask repeatedly for extra sets during our stay and they would take 24 hours or more to get them to us. We asked for toilet paper and had to ask three more times BEWARE THERE was NO CLEANING SERVICE! To have your bed linens changed and garbage dumped it was an additional $21 …that’s ON TOP OF THE RESORT FEE!!!. The pool and cabana area was nice and lots of outdoor space for lounging. Cool outside bar and sitting areas with foosball/pool/corn hole set up. Our entry key rarely worked on the side entry…we would have to scan it 10 times or more before it would work and the front desk didn’t think we needed a new card, that it was an issue with the reader on the door….odd! Overall our trip to Orlando was amazing BUT THIS HOTEL WAS a HUGE DAMPER on our stay!
