The check-in process was and awful experience. We drove from Kentucky so we were tired and wanted to get to our room and get settled ASAP. We received the gate and door codes prior to arrival so we anticipated an easy check-in. WRONG! The door code didn't work so I went to the club house since it was still open. I was told by their staff that they didnt own or manage the building we were staying. Was not the best thing to be told. So I called the number in our email and got an answering service. It was not even 5pm. The lady on the other end of the line couldn't pay attention and kept asking me the same questions over and over. I was told somebody would call us back. Didn't happen. I sent an email and finally got a response with the correct door code. Had this been later in the evening I'm not sure what our response time would have been. The room was clean and cozy, but had a strong bleach/chemical smell. The master bedroom mattress was like a slab of concrete. This was disappointing since I had read the reviews about this being an issue and the responses said it was corrected?? The location was safe, quiet, and centrally located which was a redeeming quality. Ive stayed at worse, but Ive stayed at better. If I had to do it over then I would have just stayed at a nice hotel in the area.

Will stay again!

Wonderful! The customer service was amazing. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful! The condo was so clean on arrival and the detail of the things avaliable was the best. It's just like being home. Down to having a wisk, laundry basket, teapot and everything in between. Loved our stay at every min. Location is great too! Felt very safe with the gates as well. Excellent overall!
