We are located very close to downtown Winter Park and steps off Park Ave. Museums, restaurants, golf and shopping are all within walking distance. Cottage was a very enjoyable place to spend our time in Garden Park. Enough amenities to have a simple breakfast and the main attractions of the area a short drive away. Great neighborhood to go for a walk in.

Lovely Cottage-like home in Winter Park
This is a charming little place with close proximity to the Winter Park restaurants, museums, shopping and scenic boat tours. Also just 15 minutes to downtown Orlando. It was also very quiet for working at the desk and sleeping at night. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker allowed me to make a simple breakfast and lunch. Michelle the host provided excellent communications.

Charming Cottage
This charming cottage was just the retreat we needed from our travels seeing family and friends. A little peace and quiet yet only a mile from the upscale Park Avenue. We dined well, slept well and recharged.
