I reserved a different room than I got, it was smaller, cramped, not facing the lake, the view of a parking lot, since we planned to spend our entire stay in our room it was very disappointing with no explanation as to why our room was different than what we reserved or what was pictured on your website. My vacation was ruined & I am still very upset.

The Camden cancelled my reservation 3 weeks before the scheduled stay. They stated there were “renovations” on the property as the reason. I booked through Travelocity SIX MONTHS in advance. My reservation was cancelled because I booked through Travelocity.

Thanksgiving weekend

Pros: Everything. The rooms are spacious and well appointed suites.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: It's near Four Seasons and is on the Lake of the Ozarks. Some of the restaurants are seasonal.
Beautiful location, scenery, views. We had a great dinner at J Toad's on Thanksgiving. The staff was unbelievably accommodating. I couldn't say more good things about it.

I bet it was nice years ago. Right on the lake

Pros: Beds, room service, kitchenette, and shower.
Cons: Don't put a first time visitor next to stairs, or give them a view of the parking lot when you have a beautiful lake. Have a masseuse available.
Location: Restaurants and boat rental. Golf courses.
Bed was comfortable. Small overpriced room. View was of the parking lot. No TV changer but I later found it in the bed. Were the sheets ever changed? Scuff marks all over baseboards. Shower could have been cleaned better. I was placed right next to the stairs and you could hear loud people using them. Sound insulation doesn't exist. I could hear people walking up and down the halls with the TV on. Had to go down two flights for ice. Room service was great. I was looking forward to a massage but the ladies were gone. This was at 4pm. A toll bridge to get to hotel? Are you serious? And go back to town!

Bed was nasty

This room was not clean The place looked like a 5 year old cleaned the dishes the bed had what looked like dog hair all over it I was not pleased I could have got a cleaner room at a motel 6

This hotel was okay but not worth the money

Pros: Free Internet
It was the off season so it was quiet and my room had a nice view of the lake. The rooms needed a little bit of touch up cosmetic work. There were spots in the carpet. My room had a kitchenette and the pans were worn and outdated. The walls had lots of marks and spots and needed to be painted. The front desk staff were also not very friendly. I don't think it was worth the price that I paid.
