It is a new building so I was expecting a hotel in much better condition. The shower curtain was ripped at the top in many places and the carpet was full of stains. The toilet paper was low when we arrived so I had to ask for a roll. There were only two tissues left, but I didn’t bother asking for that too. Breakfast, however, was very good. We didn’t appreciate the surprise fire alarm check during the day either. I think we should have been told about that.

We were in room 215 which meant a long walk from the elevator. We are seniors so it was a bit inconvenient. Perhaps somewhere along the line, you could find out the ages of your customers so you could place them accordingly
