A spacious living and dining area, the open fully equipped kitchen, a sunny terrace with a beach chair and for the children of 500 square meters fenced garden with private playground.
Relax on the high quality garden furniture.
A large charcoal grill is available for the evening BBQ.

A relaxing lounger or the cozy sofa corner by the fireplace invite you to linger, the in-house sauna offers on warm days cozy warmth and relaxation after a long beach walk.

In the right half of the house there are four bedrooms (3 with double bed, 1 with two single beds perfect for older children or adults).
One bathroom has a shower and the second has a bath. For your well-being, both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

You live on one level, there are no stairs, so this house is ideal for families especially with small children and seniors.

For a relaxing holiday incl. Arrival with children is taken care of:
3 high chairs, 2 cots and a folding mattress are included for free.

Super Aufenthalt:)
Wunderschönes Haus am Ortseingang Prerow's. Sauberkeit 10/10. Alles vorhanden was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Absolute Empfehlung! Wünschenswert wäre etwas Küchenrolle und die ein oder andere weitere Toilettenrolle gewesen :)

Perfektes Haus für größere Familie/ Gruppe
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem großzügigen, sehr komfortabel eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen !! Alles sauber und durch kleine Hinweisschilder erklärt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet! Einziges Manko ist bei Gartennutzung die Nähe zur Straße. Im Haus hört man vom Verkehr (fast) nichts! Also - alles bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schöne Unterkunft in Prerow
Insgesamt ist es eine schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Schnitt der Wohnung und guter Ausstattung. Die matratzen hätten für unseren Geschmack etwas härter sein können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgebern verlief super unkompliziert und der selbständige Check-In und Check-Out machen Abreise und Abreise leicht. die Preisgestaltung für Bettwäsche (24Eur/ Person) finden wir etwas überzogen. Da kommt man bei 2 Familien nochmal auf 200 Euro Zusatzkosten.

Tolles, geräumiges Haus
Toll für große Familien. 4 große Schlafzimmer, schöner Wohn-/Essraum. Kleinigkeiten wie die nur mit Trick funktionierende Kaffeemaschine fallen nichts ins Gewicht. Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber ok. Fenster halten Straßenlärm draußen.
