This hotel is on the Oswego River which is beautiful. Since Clarion has taken this property they have not improved it. Though the room was clean, the hallways are dingy. One out of two elevators is out of order and has been for a year! The door latch on our room was broken and the tv didnt work. The staff though was very pleasant. We have stayed there often when it was a Quality Inn, and this is the first time we have stayed since Clarion took over and it will be our last. Not at all happy with the maintenance of the property, especially with the price they charge for rooms.

Staff was pleasant, rooms clean, area well kept. Breakfast was really good. Quiet and very relaxing stay.

Size of the room that I rented was actually highly acceptable for the price that was I paying and the amenities with the plates and the dishes made it easier for me to be able to eat with my family
