Seamless check in. Nice facilities and modern, spacious room. Tea and coffee facilities in room and some complimentary mini bar items was a nice touch. Only downside is TV did not have smart tv features. Could easily be improved by purchasing Google chrome adaptor.

Removing a star because there was a bit of mould on the shower's ceiling. Everything else was great. Located in a cool area. Lots of restaurants, near museums.

Very good hotel. Always stay here. Not all staff are friendly or get service expectations. But would say 75 percent do. Everything is good but area is a little sketchy but that is no fault of the hotel.

Overall the experience was good. However, one thing surprised me is that when we arrived at late night, the front desk stuff told us there is no parking space at the hotel and pointed me to the parking garage 1 block away. For everyone who will be driving, pls take this into consideration.
