It was super filthy! We dropped something from the head of the bed and went to get it and found spider webs built up for years, dirty underwear and a roll of toilet paper. There was mold throughout the residence on the shower curtain, in the windows, on the walls, etc. There was food on the walls and ceiling. The furniture was stained badly and uber dirty. The garbage cans were full and didn't get emptied on the day they were supposed to. We called and complained and were told that we could get our cleaning deposit back and they would send someone out to clean the next day. My daughter and son in law had to take the mattress and put it in the floor of the living room which took up the entire floor space. I slept in the loft and there were dead bugs and filth in the window above the bed pillows which spilled over onto the pillows. I had to brush the bugs off the bed and pillows to sleep. I sat on the edge of the bed to put my shoes and the bed came off the homemade frame and had to be put back. Ot was warm in the loft so I opened the window to allow a breeze and found enough dirt (or mold) in the frame to pot a plant, I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed as I'm allergic to mold. The lock on the bathroom didn't work, 2 of us got stuck in the bathroom because the knob wouldn't allow us to get out. The temperatures worn off the oven knob makung it hard to set the temperature. There is so much more to note and I have pictures if you're interested. AWFUL
