We loved our stay! The staff was so friendly. Our hostess Kyla at breakfast was so very helpful on things to do and see. Our room was very comfortable and we loved our view of the water in a Je. Suite.

Excellent waterfront hotel in Paihia
Great location on the waterfront with walking access to restaurants and tour operators. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and above all clean. There is good parking availability and the staff is very helpful in making sure you are comfortable and enjoying the local sights.

Stayed in 408. Corner suite with views to die for. Outdoor furniture very tired but everything you need for any length of stay was provided. Had a number of unwanted visitors in the form of some kind of small black crickets on the last night, probably brought on by the rain that day. Other than that would definitely recommend. Easy 2 minute walk to Paihia shops and bars.

Walking distance to town so lots of options for meals. There are plenty of off street parking. Pool was a hit! Air con was a godsend. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet and bathroom was great.

I have stayed at the Kingsgate Hotel four times and it is excellent value for money on the waterfront. The rooms are clean and tidy, parking outside your room and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.
