Will not recommend

Pros: It is very well located in the older historic part of town.
Cons: Dont advertise English Breakfast if you don't serve it. Try to help your guests find and ATM, and be more aware of guests needs.
Location: Great historic area, a little away from the things to do downtown.
Old run down hotel, way overpriced. No coffee in room. Breakfast included, they ran out of scrambled eggs on one day. Staff could have cared less. No guidance on recommendations. First day, not knowing anything about the city was told many restaurants down by the bay. None were open, mostly at night. There is a free tourist shuttle about a block away. We found out about it on last day. We were sold tickets to local "hop on, hop off" 40 euros. On that day, Sunday, shuttle stops at 1:30 pm, one hour after we were sold the tickets by staff. No coffee or tea in room. Room service very, very limited. Did not feel comfortable there. Paid extra for extra service and comfort but very short changed. I asked where to get euros, staff pointed to bank that did not have ATM. Banks in Italy are open one hour in the afternoon. I found this out after running out of Euros, and had to look for ATN. An ATM is located on block away in front of hotel. Doubt this place be in business in future.

Great hotel at best location

Pros: Location and charming decor
Cons: Parking was kind of tight and was in restricted area
Beautiful hotel with wonderful lobby, nice rooms. Location is easy to get to, and convenient to most tourist sights and activities
