I would book here again
This was a brilliant hotel to stay in. Very close to all the sites, markets and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The place itself feels very secure and safe with entry only available to people with a swipe key. Our room had a gorgeous balcony which made the room feel very spacious and light. Breakfast was easy and nice. Nothing too fancy but a good start to the day.

Hotel is a criminal organization!
Hotel appears to be a criminal organization. Refused to honor my confirmed reservation, physically assaulted me, charged for $200 for a five-day stay but I never stayed there because the hotel clerk would not let me, sent me out into the freezing rainy night with no place to say! Will be filing full complaint with hotels.com and expect full refund!! Hotels.com must cease any relationship with this hotel!!!!!

Good for the price.
Hotel was easily accessible from bus and rail station. Reception very helpful and open to midnight ,not 9pm as advised by hotels.com. Room was a bit tight , bed comfortable. Very clean but definitely needing some TLC.As usual in Italian hotels the shower was a squeeze. A pity as there was room for a nice walk in shower. A bit of redecorating wouldn't go amiss. Breakfast was adequate and plenty to choose from if you like cake! Easy walking to restaurants and sights and Hop on Hop off bus .
