Even though I reserved connected rooms and called the night before to confirm, the rooms were not connected. The room wasn't ready until 45 minutes after our arrival. The front desk staff was non-responsive, unsympathetic, uncaring, and seemingly inept. Phone calls were never answered and voice mail was unavailable because it was full.
