We loved this resort. Very modern rooms. Very pleasant staff and entertainment in the evening. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Check in & out vs was done by text. Very easy. No hotel staff on property. Room was clean & nicely setup. Lots of places to eat near by. Florida had a cold front come through and temps were in the 40’s. Turned on the heat and it didn’t work. Call the property company and she told me there was no heat. I told her the a/c unit has heat and a/c but it was blowing cold air. She was supposed to send maintenance, but the never contacted me and gave me an update. Being a holiday weekend I knew they would not get it fix, but they should have called and offered a change of rooms or a space heater.

Teresa glad to hear that our check-in and check-out process was easy for you and that our room was clean and nicely set up. It's also great to know that there are many dining options for you nearby.However, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the heating system during your stay and we understand that the temperature had been really low and cold, but given the nature of our location, we are not equipped for cold weather/temperatures like this. This has been the coldest we have had in the last 30 years we are trying our best to accommodate all blanket and heating requests but we don't have enough for everyone nor are we equipped heating system in our ACs. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the tiki bar plus restaurant on site. Enjoyed my stay will stay again this year.

Pictures and reviews are totally misleading. Pictures make it look like a nice but off brand hotel. It totally wasn’t. Very musty smelling inside, one bed had nasty stains on the sheets, rusty pipes all around the room, tv barely worked, door was open at the bottom and couldn’t close all the way. Not sound proof at all. Neighbors dogs woke us up in the middle of the night as did a fire alarm. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Wish I did more research...
