Greeted by Donna who throughout our stay was nothing but welcoming, personable, professional & friendly! The rest of the staff fantastic as well! The location is outstanding with walkability/accessibility to restaurants, shops, entertainment and .8 of a mile to the beach so best of both worlds! Tysm for a great stay!

The rooms were nice and roomy, the bedding was very comfortable, the A/C must have been on an automatic control because during the night it shut down and was very hot. The amenities were scaled back due to Covid i.e. breakfast and room cleaning service. I was disappointed that no-one at the desk mentioned to us that the parking was free due to Covid. I overheard him telling another client. I was initially told it was 22.50 per night. Other than those things most of the staff was very polite and helpful, there were a few with an attitude which really was disappointing.

Check in was disappointing. Two woman were at the desk, not busy, and they acted like they were doing me a favor by checking me in. They gave us the keys and then mentioned like an after thought that the pool was on the second floor. That was all. The staff that served breakfast was very polite and helpful. Breakfast is for "members" only which was never explained to us. My husband stupidly thought the membership was free (It cost $90) and he signed me up. Not sure if I'll stay here again.
