Absolutely loved this property! Clean, convenient, and so quiet! The only drawback - and very minor- is no "real restaurant" on the property. They have a markeplace to grab and go and another outdoor/poolside area for lunch/drinks/evening casual eating which were nice but it would have been nice to have a sit down breakfast option. This was an exceptional property and we loved our stay. Also - one of the best mattresses we have ever had!!!

Wonderful Brand new facility!

Pros: awesome facility, better than expected, good value
Cons: check in time was not exactly 3pm
Everything was brand new, Service was wonderful. Took longer than expected to check in. Check in time is 3pm we got to our room at 4:25pm. They accommodated us so we could change and enjoy the pool. Fortunately it was a sunny day. When we got to our room we were not disappointed. Gorgeous 2 BR condo and plenty of room for a family of 5. Large balcony, 20th floor with a view of the ocean, waterway and all the way down the coast. Only stayed for a weekend, but wished it was at least a week. Pool, Hottubs, & kids facilities were awesome. Right on the beach with Chairs and umbrellas you don't have to pay for. The marketplace needs a little more inventory, but a Publix is right down the road. I hope to go here again in the near future and stay longer. One more thing...No time share pressure
