Studio condo in a great building. Close to restaurants, a block to the beach & complex has a palm tree lined pool. Publix market across the street as well as Echo, the Breakers, Cucina, Meat Market & Royal Ponciana Plaza for shopping!

This is a great unit. Daily, weekly & monthly rates available. Please contact owner for seasonal rate. Discounts available for seasonal and monthly rentals.

Building complete with day spa (lobby), french bakery, barber & stationary store (street level stores).

Unit is best suited for 2 guests. No smoking, vaping or pets. .

Parking pass available to guests during your stay, which allows for street parking, you will not have to pay the meters.

Unit is a great hotel alernative. Unit does not have a kitchen, but we do have a microwave, keurig coffee maker, refrigerator & plates/cups/utensils.

We were told we would have a condo room with a queen bed and we had a little room with a twin, the tv didn’t work and the night time manager was rude. Will not be staying again.

The room was well-equipped with everything one could need. Many towels, a great deal of body wash and assorted sundries. Comfy pillows and powerful AC. No problems, no difficulties. The toilet is a little too close to the wall, but that is to be expected in such an old building. The whole experience was a delight. You will be in good hands if you rent this room.

Just perfect!
This rental is just perfect for two. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was really nice and beautifully landscaped. It’s walking distance to the beach and many restaurants including Echo sushi bar directly across the street. It was delicious! You don’t have to move your car during your stay if you don’t want to! We would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean and nicely updated. Jennifer was very easy to get in touch with and helpful with any questions/ concerns. Our only complaint which has nothing to do w/ the studio owner is the building was built in the 1920's, which makes it a beautiful historical building but the hallways have very old, musty carpet and it smells like mildew. I left with swollen tonsils and chest congestion both days we stayed, after being out of the building for a few hours I was fine. But 10 Mins after we came back my throat hurt and I felt congested again. The mildew smell is so strong you can smell it outside the building.The room itself was lovely tho and again Jennifer was a breeze to communicate with. But until the building is revamped I can't stay again.

Great spot close to beach and some great food choices. Great stock of little incidentals often overlooked were available including sun screen, beach chairs, and toiletries. Attention to detail by the owner greatly appreciated. Would stay here again and highly recommend for a short beach getaway.

Perfect getaway
Had a great stay here with my partner. Check-in and parking were a breeze, the location ideal, and the beach chairs and umbrella were a really excellent touch. Would absolutely stay here again!
