Catch up with your favorite cable show on the flatscreen TV while the private washer/dryer takes care of any dirty laundry you may have. Step out onto the patio to take in your golf course views and sip an ice-cold drink as you kick back on the outdoor furniture. Connect to the WiFi and check the weather forecast before you schedule your tee time. Fire up the gas grill to show off your BBQ skills and enjoy the views while you cook. If grilling isn't your thing, the fully-equipped kitchen will help you bring your culinary creation to life. With stainless steel appliances and a microwave, you'll have no problem keeping everyone fueled up and on the go. When it's time to retire, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will host up to six guests with ease. THINGS TO KNOW
Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
One (1) car is permitted per room.
The pool is shared and controlled by the HOA.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
