VINTAGE PALMA PALACE (SUPERIOR 3) TI/200

Recently renovated design apartment listed as Turismo de Interior located in an emblematic building in the center of Palma de Majorca, Balearic Islands, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. This is the old "Toy Museum" converted in 2019 into spectacular holiday apartments with all the luxury of details, in which elements of modern design merge with details of the classic Mallorcan architecture of much value and some pieces of the museum that in his day it was.

It has a capacity for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. We can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street where vehicles hardly pass. You can enjoy walking through the essence of the city of Palma de Majorca from its historic center.

- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.

-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment.

-Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and going through quiet restrictions.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, remaining also with the deposit.

Stay in Old Centre
Mixed feelings about my stay at this property. Excellent location in the Old part of the city. The property is clean and well-maintained and has modern appliances. Arrival, communication, security and provision of towels, soap, toiletries and kitchen supplies all great! But: - Booking was ridiculous - I had to provide sensitive identification and credit card to Vrbo/Stayz, then Priority Villas, then to Superhog (with deposit) and then a fourth time to ‘Check-in’ to the property. No doubt all for security - theirs not mine. - There is no sound-proofing in the apartment. The ceiling is the flooring of the apartment above! Every footstep in the apartment above is like a drum. - There are two air conditioners but they are pre-set and blocked so temperature and flow cannot be altered by me during my stay - very frustrating!

What an interesting place! Lots of character, and sympathetically adapted, right in the heart of old Palma. Well equipped, and it was a thoughtful touch to provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the bed is very comfortable when you have walked everywhere.

Gute Lage aber sehr hellhörig
Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und in einer ruhigen Umgebung jedoch waren die Wohnungen sehr hellhörig man hört alles von den Nachbarn. Das Appartement hat einen Steinboden, wir hatten teilweise schlaflose Nächte weil die Naxhbarn oberhalb von uns mitten in der Nacht Stühle verschoben haben. Man hört relativ alles extrem gut auch Gespräche der Nachbarn oder auch wenn ihnen nur schon etwas auf den Boden fällt. Extrem hellhörig! Die Wohnung ist aber gut ausgestattet und auch für 3 Erwachsene geeignet.
