Nicely maintained. Room clean and adequate. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend 2 improvements: 1-toilet should be more private; 2-would have appreciated a full length mirror anywhere in the room.

The door did not seal around the edges and I was so incredibly cold both nights. Heater was weird, only a thin blanket on bed. Looked nice but ended up being a pretty awful experience, especially for $400/night 😵 would absolutely never stay there again.

Pros: Extraordinary staff
Cons: Heat control
Location: too much to mention-lovely neighborhood, access to frequent public transportation, great outdoor sitting area-cabs are scarce-plan ahead
Wonderful!-accommodating staff-arrived late and they were kind, and ordered a cab and offered breakfast. Room impressively minimalist while providing all of the accommodations of larger hotels. Overriding issue-ice cold room on a chilly night after a freezing plane ride-thermostat required a manual, so I froze-most of my negative ratings apply to this one, small issue.
