Nice quiet community. We liked being close to many good restaurants and the little park. So convenient. Wasn’t too bad of a drive to the pier dog park and beach. Had a good time.

Great Location
Needs a good cleaning - especially the floors. Kitchen not very well equipped for a long stay. Laundry in the dryer to be folded...4 sets of queen size sheets and 4 bath towels....seemed like a lot in one wash/dry.

Ok stay
This apartment was as listed. I would have given a better rating but the place had a very bad smell. The smell hit you as soon as you open the front door. It smell like a dirty musty mop or rag was used to clean the place. Mentioned this to Veronica (don't really remember if that was her name) and she did nothing about it. Did't even offer to try to fix it. It smelled throughout the whole place the first night. We even had to go buy some airfreshners and candles to see if it would help. It didnt. The next morning we opened all windows to air the place out. That help some. We only stay 2 nights and only stay the first night beacuse we arrived late and didnt have anywhere else to stay. And we had already paid for the 2 nights. The place is not bad but our stay would have been so much better if the smell wouldnt have been there.

It was what they say it is. Nice!
We found the people in the area to be nice and friendly. The apartment was well maintained. We spent 16 days in the unit therefore, we were exposed to just about everything you could be exposed to in the area. And found it to be excellent. It was perfect for my wife and I.

Perfect Place in Panama City, Florida
This location was perfect for a walk down to the harbor, with restaurants and shops. The location of the condo was perfect and the complex was nice and quiet in the evening for getting good sleep. I would stay here again
