Pulling up to the private driveway (yes, that's right, NO parking garages here!) one will find parking available for 2-3 vehicles depending on the size of the cars. Thus, you can rest assured there will be no awkward street parking or long marches to your home from the far away parking spot you found.
The lighted and covered entrance, plus our Wi-Fi enabled electronic locks, make your arrival super smooth and headache-free! As well, from the outside one will have the impression of a cozy childhood home and not the rather large and luxurious vacation home that it is. Upon entering OceanView Beach House,' you're greeted by upscale coastal cottage décor, open floor plan, and the view of the crystal-clear water of your private pool may also catch your eye! As well, with plenty of large windows, you'll find this home has fantastic natural lighting, which when taken together with the open floor plan gives this home a rather sunny and spacious feel.
As you explore, you'll notice that the first floor comes with a lovely sitting area with plus, leather couches which just beg for you to sink into their comfortable arms as you drift off into a sunny nap. As well, the large television in front makes for the perfect place to have a lazy movie night, or perhaps kill an afternoon on your phone while making the most of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll also find a pullout queen sleeper sofa should you have a particularly large party and need the extra sleeping space. The main level of this exceptional two-story home also includes a designated dining room with seating for 6 and makes for the perfect place to gather and enjoy the feast that your chef has created for you, or perhaps a great place to play some games and connect as a family and unit. Further, you'll find that a fully stocked top-of-the-line kitchen for all of your meal-making needs and is sure to be the source of many a mouthwatering scent. You'll also find a breakfast bar that includes additional seating (3) at the kitchen island/bar. Also located on the bottom floor is a King bedroom situated to the left as you walk into the home with a centrally located full bath with shower/tub combo. As well, you'll find that this bedroom comes with a television as well, which is always a nice perk during the late hours when the dreaded hands of insomnia find a grip upon you.
The second level of OceanView Beach House' is home to the second master suite with another fantastic king-size bed with large master en-suite has his and hers sink with and shower/tub combo. This room also has a dresser to place personal items with a flat-screen television.
Down the hallway, you will find a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds with memory foam mattresses with a closet. This makes this room perfect for any little ones that have come along for the fun, and also gives them a private space to retire to that can be all their own. In the other room to the left, you will find a memory foam queen bed—these two rooms share a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Upstairs you will also find a full-size washer and dryer room which is always a perk and makes those particularly long stays far more enjoyable. Plus, with all the exploring, and beach adventures you are sure to have you just might find yourself needing to wash a tad more often.
I am moving on to the best part! The back yard features its PRIVATE oasis, a saltwater kidney shape pool with a depth of 5 ft. You are sure to make the most of this lovely perk, as there are few things more relaxing than floating upon the waters surface as you bask in the warm rays of the Florida sun. It further has a pergola with plenty of seating or entertaining. I hope your family likes games like ours because we also included a set of corn hole boards for your family's enjoyment. This outdoor area will be your slice of paradise and sure to be the source of many vacation memories.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
