My stay here was terrible.. we had no towels for a entire day.. the kids next door kept me up and the staff didn’t want to give me a refund for everything I went through on the last day of my stay.. I will never stay here again.. bring your own towels if you want to stay here because they aren’t sure to have enough to have when you need to shower..

View from room was fine if you want to look at the top of palm trees, if you want to see the beach or sunset then the view from our room was terrible. Bathroom faucet leaking, no shower curtain, doors broken. Went to front desk to see if we could get another room, since they still had some available. Was told there was really nothing they could do because we booked through a third party(Travelocity). We've stayed at Beachcomber numerous times, but we won't be staying there ever again.

Was not made aware that property is under renovations. Room was full of mold You have to get staff to open the room for you every time you come back to it Said staff walked in on me and my girlfriend, completely unannounced 2 separate times and admitted to being in our room in our absence No towels No soap No blankets Just an overall terrible experience. I’ve been apologizing non stop for picking such an awful place to stay. Unless you want someplace moderately expensive that’s the equivalent of an 80 year old motel 6 in the middle of nowhere I would highly recommend anywhere else. Coming from someone who manages 2 Ace Hardwares, I keep my stores cleaner than this hotel keeps it’s rooms.
